・この展開は本当に予想外だった。正直言うと、前回のクリフハンガーを見て間違いなくイサギが勝利を手にすると思っていた。
That really was a twist there. Honestly, the cliffhanger from last episode had me think Isagi got it in the bag.

自分はすごく納得できる展開だったな、あの最後の蜂楽も素晴らしかったが（イサギたちが勝っていた場合）凛を差し置いて選ばれるほどだったかは疑問。凛とイサギの能力が被っていると主張する人もいるが、仮に凛にイサギのもつフィールド全体を見渡す目がなかったとしても、彼が素晴らしい選手であることには変わりはない。なので今回の結果は蜂楽とイサギを一緒のチームにしつつ論理的にも最も納得できる展開だったということになる。
It's honestly what makes the most sense, Bachira was great at the end but was it really enough to justify being picked over Rin? Some people argue him and Isagi are redundant but Rin is a great player even without Isagi's eyes. This way you get to keep Bachira and Isagi together while also being the most logical choice.

というか２次セレクションは５人集めた時点で終わりなわけだから（凛のほうが優れていようがいまいが）蜂楽を選んで終わりでもいいんじゃない？って思ってたｗ

・チーム・レッドが勝ったという少しばかり悲劇的な展開だったが、エピソード自体はいつも通り良かった。

・今回はマンガを読んでいなくて良かったと思えるレアな回に巡り会えたな。というのもイサギのチームが負けるという展開には純粋に驚かされたからだ。いや、まあそんな予感はしてたんだけど、それでも最後はイサギが勝って蜂楽ではなく凛を選ぶというどんでん返しがあるのかと思っていたんだ。
Rare time I'm glad I didn't read the manga because Isagi's team losing generally floored me. I mean, I had a feeling it would happen but I just thought he would win and the twist would be that he would take Rin instead of Bachira

The funniest part is the character is Spanish

よく考えたら今回フランス人の子喋ってないしね。というか日本人の声優を使うってことは最初の顔見せだけ英語であとは普通に日本語喋るのか？







・今回一番印象に残ったのは奇妙なことにあの最後にあった英語の違いだ。イギリスのサッカー選手に流暢なネイティブの英語を話す声優を起用してるのに、残りは標準的な日本の声優が頑張って英語を喋っているところ（笑）
My biggest takeaway from this episode weirdly enough is the difference in English at the end, with the actual English Footballer clearly having a fluent/native English voice actor and then all the others seemingly being your standard Japanese voice actors doing their best lol

・なんであの中で凛が二番目に英語がうまそうに聞こえるのか？あのイングランドの男を別にすれば、あの中で１０代の日本人の子が一番英語がうまかった。
Why does Rin sound like he's the second most competent at speaking English? Apart from the English guy, the teenage Japanese kid is the best sounding English speaker there.



・セクシーな天使に変り、その後至るところに羽が舞い落ち、最後は彼の腕に止まる・・・という鳥のホログラムを絵心が手間暇かけて作り出したというのが面白い・・・
・・・あの鳥のフンの話を人に聞かせるためだけにだ。
I find it hilarious at the lengths Ego went to for the bird hologram, which turned into a hot angel lady, which turned into feathers falling everywhere, which turned into the bird landing on his arm....
...all because he started the story with a bird shitting on you.

一応補足すると実際はこの順番でしたね。

だね、高橋大輔っぽい感じがしたが、まだちゃんと確認は取れていない。彼はバイリンガル。Valorantを知っているかプレイしたことがあるなら彼はそのゲームの中でヨルの声を担当しているよ。
Yeah it sounds a lot like Daisuke Takahashi. Haven’t been able to confirm that yet though. He’s bilingual. If you are familiar with or play Valorant, he voices Yoru.

彼のスピーチの多くは部分的に、あるいは完全に正しい。
史上最高のストライカーは強烈なエゴがないとだめだ。ナルシストである必要はないが、エゴは必要だ。
Most of speeches are either partially correct or fully correct.
The greatest striker must have a large ego. Not necessarily narcissism, but a large ego.

・クソッ、あんなに努力して、あんなに汗をかいた結果がこれか？結局最後は凛の足元にボールが落ちてきた。イサギはこの試合本当によくやったよ、彼こそが真のMVP。彼が選ばれるのは当然だ。けど残りの選手たちも全力をだしてよくやっていた。

凪の言っていたことはまさにその通りじゃないか？イサギは主人公であり、他は今自分たちが脇役であることのツケを払わされた。また凪たちに再会できることに期待したい。まあ少なくともイサギなしでも蜂楽がプレイできることがわかって良かった、彼は成長したね。

運は本当の意味で運ではない。自分のいる場所にしっかり注意しておけば運を操作することもできるって話か？面白い。イサギがこの話をどうやってプレイに活かすのか見るのが楽しみ。次の相手はプロ連中、あの１点許したのだって計画通りなんだろう。この子たちはもしかしたら惨敗するかもしれない。
Goddamn. All that effort, all that sweat and what? The ball just lands at Rin’s feet anyways. Isagi really killed it that match though, kid was the real MVP. No wonder he got chosen. But the others rest gave it their all too.
Nagi really hit the nail on the head huh? Isagi’s the MC and the rest of ‘em are now paying the price for being the supporting cast. I hope to see them again. Well, I’m glad at least Bachira’s figured out he can play without Isagi. He’s grown.
So luck isn’t really luck. It can be manipulated if one’s careful enough to put themselves in its path I guess? Interesting. I look forward to Isagi utilizing that in his play. These next fellas they’re up against are pros, I’m sure letting one goal slide is part of their plan. The boys might be in for a thrashing.
