・ラムの着物姿は相変わらず素敵だね！あと諸星家は本当にラムのことを実の娘のように受け入れている！というよりこの時点ですでに自分たちの息子よりもラムのほうを好んでいるようだ！

Lum still looks stunning in a kimono! And the Moroboshi family seem to have truly accepted her as a daughter! To the point of preferring her over their own son!



・テンが来た！旧作のうる星やつらを見てないので、彼はてっきりこの手の作品には必須のマスコットキャラかと思いきやラムの従兄弟なんだな。ラムとは違って火を吹く力をもってはいるが確かに可愛らしい子供だ。

旧作を見ていた人たちに質問があるんだけど、テンが最初に現れた時みんなどんな反応だったの？というのも少なくとも欧米のシットコム（ホームコメディ）だと親戚の赤ん坊が登場したと思ったらすぐにメインキャラクターになる流れは、すでに作品としての全盛期が過ぎ去ったことを示すものだったりするから。

まあそれはともかく、今回のテンの導入エピソードは素晴らしかった。前半パートで彼がサクラへの思いを募らせ、後半パートでそれが崩壊していくさまを見る。
あの遠回しな表現を使うことで笑いを取る映画館のパートは楽しかった。ただあたるは以前にサクラの婚約者に会っているのに指輪を見てショックを受けているのは見てて混乱した。
It’s Ten! I never watched the original UY so I thought he was just the obligatory mascot character, but nope he’s Lum’s baby cousin. And he is certainly a little nugget, albeit with fire powers instead of Lum’s zappy ones.
Actually, one question for the OG anime folks: what was the reaction to Ten initially? Because at least for western sitcoms, an annoying baby relative of an existing character who shows up and quickly becomes part of the main cast is an indication that it’s passed its glory days.
Well anyway, as primarily an introductory episode for him, it’s fine. First segment is just to build up the crush he has for Sakura, and the second is to watch it crashing down. I enjoyed the movie theater part where the anime staff decided to add in every euphemism they could for laughs, although I’m confused that Ataru saw Sakura’s ring and was shocked. Like, he met Sakura’s fiancée before.

旧作だとテンは早い段階で登場し、良くも悪くも普通の存在だった。
自分が忘れているだけかもしれないけど、サクラが誰かと付き合っていることはみんな知っていても婚約していることまでは知らなかったはず。
From what I’ve seen Ten appeared earlier and was a much more common presence In the original, for better or worse.
I might be forgetting but I think they knew Sakura was seeing someone but not they were engaged.

旧作はかなり自由にやってたからな。今回のリメイクはテンの登場を遅らせたりとマンガに忠実な作りをしている。
The original anime took many liberties. This remake is more faithful to the manga, which introduced Ten later in the story than the anime adaption.



・テン！この手のシットコムにはわんぱくな従兄弟や大家族といったものが必要なんだ。そして多彩な声色をもつ悠木碧の存在無くしてオールスターキャストとは言えない！
Ten! I guess these kind of sitcoms always need the mischievous cousin or extended Family character. And no all star cast is complete without vocal chameleon Aoi Yuki!



・フォーマルな服装に身を包んだ女性キャラがまた見れて嬉しい！さらにランの巫女姿まで見れた！

It’s nice to see more of the female cast in formal wear! We even got shrine maiden Ran!



・サクラに夢中になるなんてテンは女性を見る目があるね！
Ten has great taste in women, crushing hard on Sakura!



・新しいオープニングはアメージング。
The new OP is amazing.



・テン、見た目はなかなか愛らしい姿だが、本当にかんしゃく玉のような子だ。そして口から火を吹いたりとすごくカッコいい。さらにあの空中をヨタヨタ歩く姿は本当に可愛すぎる！

Ten looks pretty adorable, a real firecracker. Kid just straight up breathes fire too, so cool. Plus the way he waddles through the air is too damn cute!



・はたらく魔王様の２期のクソっぷりを考えるとテン登場によって最悪の事態まで想定していたが今のところ見てて本当に楽しいやつだな。
Given the shitshow that was Devil is a Part Timer S2, I was expecting the worst from Ten, but he's actually really entertaining so far

奇妙なことにテンは旧作の記憶にあったウザさが軽減しているように見えた。
Oddly enough, he seems way less annoying than I remember him in the old series.

というより旧作のウザかったキャラがこの新アニメではそのウザさが軽減されているようにみえる。
It seems all of the annoying OG characters to date are less annoying in the new anime.



・新オープニングはあちこちでみんなが踊っていて本当に可愛い。歌もキャッチーだけど歌は最初のほうが好きかな。
新エンディングは一枚絵をズームアウトしていくだけの手抜きだったｗ歌はまあまあだったが絵はデスクトップの壁紙にするのに適している。
The new OP is really cute with the gang dancing around. The song for OP is pretty catchy but I still prefer the first one.
The new ED is just freaking lazy for just zooming out pic lol. Its song is alright but its art is definitely wallpaper worthy for desktop.



・映画館のラムは大爆笑してしまった。
あとMAISONdesもすごい良かった。
Lum at the movie had me cracking up big time

・新しいオープニングは良かったけど、間違いなく昔のが恋しくなるやつ。
Although I like the new OP I will definitely miss the old one.



・新しいオープニングとエンディングは悪いとは思わないが、前の方がずっと良かったな。あとラムの従兄弟が現れた、彼はあたるといる時にウザいことを除けば可愛い、だからただあたるに競争心を燃やすだけのキャラクターではないと願いたい。
あとサクラがベストガール。
So new OP and ED I dont think they are bad but the previous ones where a lot better, we also see Lum's cousin he's cute and all but pretty anoying with Ataru so I hope his entire character isn't just that rivalry.
Also Sakura best girl.



・あの「デート」のところ原作はいつ公開されたんだろ？
タクシードライバーで（半世紀前のカルト映画のネタバレになるが）デ・ニーロがバカだからデートでポルノ映画に連れて行ってしまうシーンを参考にしているようみえた。
When did the original chapter for the "date" part was published?
It look like a reference to the scene in Taxi Driver where the De Niro dude (spoiler for a half a century old cult film) take his date to a porn cinema because he's an idiot.

タクシードライバーが公開されたのが１９７６年でマンガが始まったのが１９７８年だから参考にした可能性はある。
Taxi Driver came out in 1976 and the manga didn't start until 1978, so it could be a reference.





・テンはあたる以上に鬱陶しい存在になるかもしれないが、今回はサクラのおかげで救われたな。
Ten might just be more annoying than Ataru, but Sakura saved the ep

うーん、これについてそれほど興奮するところかどうか。自分も含めて多くの人が旧作の最悪の部分は彼の存在と考えていた。おそらくあたるは２番目・・・昔に比べたら今のテンはほとんど聖人レベル。
Hmm, I'm not sure I'm too thrilled about that. He was the worst part of the original animated series by most people's reckoning, including my own. Ataru was probably the 2nd worst part... he's practically a Saint compared to how he was.



・悠木碧の声域にはいつも驚かされる。
Aoi Yuuki’s voice range never ceases to amaze me.



・テンがフェアリーペアレンツにとってのプーフではないと願いたい。
あたるがあんな風になったのは両親にあまり大切にされなかったからかもしれない。

I hope Tem isn't to this what Poof was to the Fairy Oddparents.
Maybe Ataru's demeanour comes from how little his parents seem to care about him.

・テンはとんでもないグレムリンだ！そして空を飛ぶのがすごーく早いし上手！
正直言うと旧作を見たことがないので、このアニメをこんなに好きになるとは思わなかったが本当に見てて楽しい。みんなすごく間抜けですごく面白い！
ten is such a GREMLIN lmfao! and he’s sooooo fast and good at flying!
ngl as someone who hasnt seen the original i didnt think i would like this show as much as i do, but man i’ve really been enjoying myself. everyone is so goofy its so fun!



・新オープニング＆エンディングは両方とも神。音楽は毎回すごく楽しくてグルービー、あとあのアートスタイルも大好き。
The new OP & ED are bangers. The music is always so fun and groovy and I love the art style



・今回はすごく楽しかった。あの映画館のパートは爆笑してしまった。
This episode was a lot of fun; the part in the theater had me cracking up



・凶暴なピカチュウだけでも大変なのに、今度は凶暴なヒトカゲまで現れた！
As if violent pikachu was not enough now we have a violent charmander as well!

おわりに

１月は水星の魔女２クール目と無職転生が放送開始と勘違いしていましたがどうやらやらないようですｗ

ということで時間的な都合がつかないからやめるという言い訳はできなくなったので、今後も継続するかもしれません（仮）
