つむぎの言った「ukeru!」はfunnyに相当するスラング（だが、実のところスラングというよりちょっと行儀のわるい口語的な表現）
どうしてそれを「ROFL」と字幕にしたのはわからない。これぐらいの年齢の子供がその言葉をちゃんと発音できるとすら思わないし・・・ネットスラングを使うならまだ「lol」のほうが良かったと思う。
She said "ukeru!" which is slang (but the naughty kind, actually it's more a colloquial usage than slang...) for "funny".
I don't know why they went with "ROFL" in the subs, I don't think a kid this age would be able to even pronounce that... If it's net slang, "lol" would've been better.

lol＝laughing out loud＝直訳すると「大爆笑」なんだけど、その上にROFLやLMAOなどがあるので「（笑）」「ｗ」「草」ぐらいの意味で訳してます。

「ukeru」は文字通りの意味だと「to receive」、だからこの場合そのジョークを理解し、それを面白いとみなすという意味になる。
'ukeru' literally means 'to receive' so in this case it means to get the joke and consider it funny.

bitter melon＝苦いメロンと書いて「ゴーヤ」という意味になる。ちなみにwater melonだとスイカ。日本でおなじみのあのメロンは「カンタロープメロン（cantaloupe melon）」というらしい。「sweet melonじゃないんか？」と思って一応画像検索してみたらそっちでもヒットしたので自分もそれなりに英語脳になってきたのかも？

沖縄でそれ（ゴーヤチャンプルー）食べたことあるけど、最後まで食べきれなかった。残すのは悪いと思ったけど苦すぎた。
I ate that in Okinawa (goya chanpuru). I couldn't finish it. I felt terrible for wasting it, but it was too bitter.

俺はあれ大好きだぞ！ブラックビーンズとひき肉で料理するといける。一方セロリは・・・
Aw man I love that stuff! Cook it with black beans and ground meat and I'm good. Celery on the other hand...

自分もセロリのほうが苦手だなぁ、ゴーヤはあの苦味がなんとなく身体に良さそうだから結構いける。
ちなみにブラックビーンズは黒豆のことじゃなくて黒いんげん豆のことらしい。
勝手なイメージだけど南米系の料理なのだろうか？

ようやくセロリがどれだけ酷いか敢然と語れる人に出会えた。あれは見ているだけで反吐が出る、そのまま土のなかに埋まっていればいい。
Finally someone else who's brave enough to talk about how awful celery is. Disgusting vegetable should stay in the ground where it belongs.

Who doesn't like celery!?! I could eat that all day with just about anything!
