緊張感は真剣そのものだった。もちろんあの場面は楽しめた。

後段の英語は直訳だとこんな感じでいいはずですが、どういう意味で使っているのか（皮肉なのか？）イマイチよくわからなかった。間違っていたら教えて下さい。

・見たところ（ちゃんと算出したわけじゃないが）、現在のコメントの半分は「Catch me if you can」のようだ。あそこは最高だったよね。

・ホームズの演奏するヴァイオリンの音色はモーツァルトのアダージョ、ホ長調K. 261にとてもよく似ている。

The violin piece that Holmes plays sounds very similar to Mozart's Adagio for Violin and Orchestra in E Major K.261.



・今回モリアーティはどんなものを上演するのだろう？事件を解決させる者を彼がどのように扱うのか、それを見るのは面白いものになりそうだ。
モリアーティはその正体を明かしすぎるとシャーロックの興味を惹きつけてしまう、だが他方で彼はその天才性を多少は見せる必要がある。
What does Moriarty have staged this time? I think it will be interesting to see how he handles who solves it. If he gives away too much sherlock will get curious on the other hand he needs to obviously show some genius

・・・あそこは完璧だった・・・２期までの休憩のまえにあと残り１話だけど、２期でカットされてしまった話をアニメ化してくれると思いたい。

それらの話はジェームズ・ボンドの話がすごく関わっており、日本ではパブリック・ドメインでも、英国やEU、アメリカではそうじゃない。つまりライセンス料を払わないようにするためそれらの話はカットすることに決めたのかも知れない。
そうじゃないと願いたいけどその可能性が高い気がする。
Those episodes heavily involve the James Bond lore which is public domain in Japan but not in Britain, the EU, and the US. They may have decided to omit it so as not to pay licensing fees. I hope that's not the case but I guess it's a possibility.

日本ではパブリック・ドメインってのはそもそも本当なのか？ｗ

・モリアーティが「Catch me if you can」とホームズにいうところはめちゃくちゃセクシーだった・・・まだ自分はストレート（※異性愛者）でいいんだよね？ね？
The way Moriarty said "Catch me if you can" to Holmes was so goddamn sexy... Im still straight right? right!?



・あの「Catch me if you can」はゾクゾクした！
The "Catch me if you can" scene was a thrill!





・シャーロックってレギュラーになるの？それともこの数話の間だけ？
Is Sherlock gonna be a regular? Or is this just for couple episodes?

モリアーティが彼を「主人公」にするとか言っていたから、少なくとも準レギュラーのような感じにはなると思う。漫画読者なら教えてくれるかもしれない。
Based on what Moriarty said about him being the "protagonist" of his plan, I think at least Sherlock would be semi-regular. Manga reader might be able to confirm this.



・最後の数分の展開は見ててドキドキした。
何が起こったのか知る必要がある。

・あのタバコの煙が充満しているなかで演奏を始めるシーンすごく良かった。

２話じゃないか？と思ったら１１話で最終回のようですね。



・一番好きなのはレストレード警部。あの男らしさをまとったオーラをみていると彼を支配したくなる。もうひとりはモラン、あの天性の女好きな部分。
What I like the most is Inspector Lestrade. His manliness aura makes me want to dominate him. Another one is Moran and his womanizing nature.

dominateを支配したいと訳したけどそれでいいのだろうか？ｗ



・「Catch me if you can, Mr. Holmes」
あそこで悶え死んだ、あそこは完璧だった！！！！！！！英語で言ってくれるのか言わないのかずっと気になっていたのだが、ありがたいことに英語で言ってくれた！！！
この完璧な演技にありがとう斉藤壮馬、いまだにあのシーンを思い出して大騒ぎしている！！！
一方で・・・２期が始まる４月まであと１話しか残されていない・・・

Yup I'm dead with that, it was PERFECT!!!!!! Damn I haven't stop thinking if he was going to said it in english or not but thanks god it's in english!!! Thank you Souma Saito for this perfection, I'm still screaming for that!!!

・モリアーティが「catch me if you can」と言ったときは興奮した。
残るは１エピソード、２期があって良かった。
I got so hyped when Moriarty said, "catch me if you can".
1 episode to go, I'm glad that there's a 2nd part of it.



・密室殺人事件？ナイス！彼らがどうやってこの事件を解決するのかワクワクするね。
ただ鍵がかかっていたにも関わらず（あるいは別の部屋で血を流していたのかもしれないが）、どうやってワトソンが歩いて外に出てきたのかというところで混乱してしまった。

A locked murder case? Nice! Hyped to see how they solve this one. Makes things confusing how Watson just walked out despite the room being locked (or perhaps he bled in another room).









おわりに

「Catch me if you can, Mr. Holmes」の部分が好評で良かった。てっきりcringe（※ドン引きと訳されたりもしますが、個人的には共感性羞恥を感じる状況で使われる単語）とか言われると思っていた。

とはいえ、ここまで見ている人は憂国のモリアーティファンだろうから当然といえば当然かもしれません。


あと普段見かけない英文（スラング）が多くて訳すのが難しかった。ということもあって、ちゃんとニュアンスを掴んで訳せているかどうかあまり自信がありません。

もしかしたら普段は男性が使う英語表現ばかり読んでいるけど、この作品だと女性が使う英語表現を読む機会が多いことからイマイチわかりにくかったのかも？

まあいい勉強になりました（笑）
