・尸良は死んだと考えて問題ないと思う。やつはとてつもなく身の毛がよだつような怪物で、そしてそれにふさわしく死んでいった。
本当に容赦ないぐらい残酷なエピソードだったな。
時々自分自身ストーリーを理解するのが難しくなるときもあるけど、何度でも言う。このアニメは犯罪的なほどにアニメファンから見過ごされている。
I think it is safe to assume that Shira is dead now.What a disgusting monster and died like one too.
What an unapologetically brutal episode.Although I found it a bit hard to follow at times. I have said it many times and I will say it again: This show is criminally underwatched.

・今回は万次とマガツが残忍にそして血まみれでボコボコにされたりもしたが、今回のMVPはおバカで愛すべき２人のくノ一目黒とたんぽぽに与えたい。もし２人が現れなかったら、今回の戦いはその全てが尸良の思惑通りに進んでいただろう。

よし、ようやく尸良は完全に死んだな。たとえ血仙蟲をもっていようが野犬に食われてしまってはどうしようもない。

While Manji and Magatsu did most of the brutal and gory asskicking this episode I would like to give the two bumbling lovable kunoichi, Meguro and Tanpopo this episode's MVP award. If they didn't show up, this fight would've totally be all in Shira's favor.
And yes Shira is finally dead for good! Even if he did have the worms, there's no saving him from being eaten by wild dogs.

for goodは「良い」とは関係なくて、「この先ずっと」「永遠に」という意味。ただここでは「完全に」と訳しました。

原作を読んでいたのに今回の戦いがどれほど残酷でどういう終わり方だったのかすっかり忘れていた。
I forget how brutal this fight was, and how it ended.

俺はMVPを馬と犬に与えた。
目黒とたんぽぽは今回のゴタゴタのキッカケとなる尸良が欲する情報を与えた張本人たちで、彼女らがあそこに現れたのはそれによって起こった被害を最小限に食い止めるためだ。
I gave the MVP award to the horse and the dogs.
Meguro and Tenpopo were the ones that told Shira what he needed to start the mess, they were there to do damage control.

自分は彼女らを責められない。尸良はイカれたサイコ野郎だし、あの時情報を与えなかったら２人は死んでいただろう。そして、尸良が女性を殺す前にすることを考えてみろ、あんなことが彼女らの身に降り掛かってほしいとは思わない。
I don't blame them though. Shira is a psycho. They would've died then and there if they didn't give him the information. And considering what Shira does to women before he kills them, that's something I don't wish to happen to them.

彼女らの選択は正しかった。（あのとき尸良と戦っていたら）間違いなく２人は楽には死ねなかっただろうな。
They made correct choice, because they definitely wouldn't have a quick painless death

・話が進むにつれどんどんぼろぼろになっていく尸良を見ているとフィラデルフィアは今日も晴れにでてくるリッキー・クリケットを思い出してしまう。
Shira becoming more and more dilapidated as the show progresses reminds of Rickety Cricket from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

dilapidated＝ぼろぼろになる　荒れ果てる　老朽化する

「フィラデルフィアは今日も晴れ」はアメリカのドラマらしいですが日本語だとほとんど情報がでてこないのでリッキー・クリケットなる人物がどういう人物なのかわからなかった（なので「荒れ果てる」「老朽化する」という訳のほうが本当はあっているかも？）。コメディドラマらしいので尸良さんみたいな人ではないと思いますがｗ



・今回は最高にヤバかったな。毎回エピソードを見るたびにもう少し予算と時間があったらと願わずにはいられない。
無限の住人は最近のアニメの多くでは見られない残酷なアニメだ。
進撃の巨人、ヴィンランド・サガ、無限の住人のような作品は自分が初めてアニメにハマったときの気持ちを思い起こさせることもあり見てて本当に新鮮でワクワクする。
追記：あとドロヘドロだ。どうしてこの作品を忘れてしまったのか。おそらくこれが史上もっとも暴力的なアニメだ。漫画の方は１０点満点で、アニメは今のところ９．５点。
This episode was dope. Each episode makes me wish they had slightly more budget and a longer run. Blade of the immortal is brutal. And you don't see that a lot with anime these days. That's the sort of stuff that first got me into anime so seeing shows like SnK, Vinland Saga and Blade of the Immortal is really refreshing.
edit: And dorohedoro. How did I forget that. Probably the most violent anime ever. And a perfect 10/10 manga and so far I'd say a 9.5/10 anime

・尸良が次は狼男になって戻ってくるんじゃないかと楽しみにしている！真面目な話、本当に驚くほど見事な悪役だったな。万次が言っていたように彼は「地獄が着物着て歩いてるような男」だ。何ものも気にせず我が道を行く、望むことは他人を苦しめることだけ、真のサイコパスは自分の死すらも気にしない。最近では尸良のような悪役は本当に見なくなったな。
Oh boy, I can't wait for Shira's return as a werewolf! But seriously tho, what a wonderful villain, as Manji said, he was a "walking hell" and he didn't really care at all about nothing, everything he longed for was causing suffering to others, a true psychopath who didn't care not even for his very own death. You don't really see villains like Shira that often nowadays.

werewolf＝狼男　狼人間　※ただなぜこの言葉を使ったのかはよくわからなかった。

walking hell＝歩く地獄？と訳すとなんかカッコ悪いのでとりあえずカタカナで訳しました。「外道」と訳すぐらいがいいのかもしれませんけど、万次が実際に尸良さんをなんて評価していたのか忘れてしまったので・・・

面白いのは最後にきちんとした言葉で練造に復讐の道を諦めるように言ったのが尸良だったところだ。もちろん、その最後に「俺見てーな人間の言うことは信用すんじゃねーぞ！」と付け加えたが。
Interesting that when all was said and done it was Shira the one that actually had the decency to talk Ranzo out of the path of revenge, of course that the ends it all with a "sike i was lying!", adds to the whole thing.

when all is said and done＝直訳は「全てのことが述べられ、なされたときに」ですが、そこから「最終的に」「つまるところ」「結局は」という意味になります。

talk A out of B＝BをしないようにAを説得する　※「Aに話しかけてBの場所から引っ張りだす」というイメージかな？

・このアニメがもっとスローペースだったら、ものすごい傑作になっていたんじゃないか！
今回のエピソードは素晴らしかったが、エピソードを作るときに毎回１巻まるごとカバーしないといけないとは！
このアニメを楽しく見ている一方で、いつも全ての展開が早すぎるように感じてしまう。そして多くの出来事がなんにも説明されなかったり、また明らかにされないままになっている。今回のエピソードにしたってどうやって尸良が凜をさらったのかの部分をカットしてまった。すごく違和感が残るけど、それでもこのアニメは素晴らしい。
Now imagine if this show had slower pacing. It would be a fcking masterpiece!
This episode was amazing, but in order to make these episodes they need to make episodes that cover even a whole volume! I enjoy this show, but there is always that feeling that everything is happening too fast and many things are left unexplained and unshowed. In this episode they skipped how Shira got Rin completely, it felt quite weird. But still, this show is still great :D

・可哀想な凜、可哀想な練造、可哀想な万次にマガツ。でもマガツが恋のかたきを討てて良かった。

たんぽぽと目黒が本当に好き。このストーリーラインは漫画で読んだ時は本当に楽しんだところだったから、とりあえずそのままの形でアニメ化してくれて嬉しい。
Poor Rin. Poor Renzo. Poor Manji and Magatsu. But yay for Magatsu getting some payback for Ren. Much love to Tanpopo and Meguro. I really enjoyed this storyline from the manga and am glad they kept it more or less intact.

・ようやく尸良を倒すことができたようだ。それまで何回殺そうとしても粘り強く生き残る本当に危険で狂ったやつだった。彼が今までこんなにも長く生きていたことに本当に驚く。
さあ次に倒すべき敵は吐と無骸流だ。
Seems like that they finally get rid of Shira . He really was a dangerous and tenacious maniac who needed several attempts throughout the series to be finally killed, quite astonishing how he survived so long. Well, now up to the next big opponent which has to be defeated - Habaki and his Mugai- Ryu.

無骸流じゃなくて六鬼団じゃないか？



・今回より残酷なエピソードを今まで見たことがないと思う。徹底的なまでに描かれた尸良の無惨な死については言うまでもない。
身体を切り刻まれ、馬に激突され、身体を分断されたあとに最後は犬に食われる。これより酷い死に方はちょっと思いつかないな。
（１度休止を挟んだけど）待ったかいのある素晴らしいエピソードだったな。
絶対漫画も読むぞ。
I don't think I've ever seen anything more brutal than this episode let alone Shiras completely savage death.
Being cut up, rammed by charging horses, then dismembered and finally eaten alive by dogs. Can't think of much worse for a way to go.
Great episode though and well worth the wait.
Will definitely be reading the manga.

・Wow 　とんでもなく残忍なエピソードだった・・・
実は最後の尸良を見て気の毒におもってしまったところがあるけど、彼が同情を受けるに値するようなやつだとはちっとも思わない。
今まで見た中で間違いなく最高の敵役の１人だったな。
Wow that was a brutal fucking episode...
I actually felt bad for Shira in the end, although I don't think he deserves anyone's sympathy. One of the best antagonists I've ever seen, hands down.



・不死の尸良が天津あるいは槇絵と戦ったらどっちが勝つだろうか？
If Shira where to fight Anotsu or Makie in his immortal stage.
Who would win.

天津についてはわからないが、それでも槇絵が勝つと考える方が納得がいく。
最初の方にあった万次VS槇絵をアニメは全部描いてくれたが、万次の心の内についてはカットされた。
ここの戦いは多く語らずに示すやり方を採用した一方で、これのせいで本当のところどうして万次が負けたのかよくわからなくなってしまった。
あの戦いのとき槇絵は基本的に傷一つなく勝ち、それから万次に回復する時間を与え、また別の戦略を５～６回試していた。
No sure about Anotsu, but Makie would still win convincingly. The Manji vs Makie fight early in the series, though the anime showed the full fight, Manji's inner thoughts was cut. On one hand it's show not tell, on the other you don't see how defeated Manji is deep down. Makie basically won unscratched then let him heal up, try another strategy 5~6 times.

後段がよくわからなくなったので憶測混じりです。間違っていたら教えて下さい。it's show not tellはshow, don't tellと変換し、下の記事を参考に想像力を働かせながら訳しました。

おわりに

最後の尸良が練造に語りかけるところ好きだったのに触れる人いなかったのが残念。

尸良さんが犬に食われるところだけはなんとなく覚えてはいたんだけど、一方で練造にももうちょっとなんかあったような気がしたけど記憶違いだったか、あるいはカットされてしまったのか？
